These terms define the role of public course material, interactive exercises, applications and any separately agreed workshop participation.
Practice is not a guarantee.
Public material supports professional learning, but it cannot promise a particular role, salary, certification result or technical outcome.
Learning, not a guarantee
Articles, route suggestions and lab descriptions are educational. They are not employment promises, professional certification or assurance that a technique fits every production system.
Prompts, not assessment
The route builder, module press and review ladder return structured prompts from your selections. They do not test ability, award credit or replace review by a qualified instructor.
Verify before production
Examples can omit security, scale, accessibility or operational context. Test important decisions independently before applying them to live systems or customer information.
Respect course work
Original writing, design, exercises and generated images are reserved Nuxepalo work unless stated otherwise. Short quotation with attribution is permitted; systematic copying or resale is not.
Send only authorised material
Applicants must provide accurate information and avoid confidential code or data. An application does not create enrolment, reserve a place or guarantee a response.
The workshop may change
Modules, schedules and public features may be corrected, reorganised or withdrawn. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, hosting events or security work.
Use judgement at every boundary
To the extent allowed by law, Nuxepalo is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on public material. Mandatory rights are not excluded.
