The public pages and interactive exercises currently available on nuxepalo.pro do not require payment. There is no public-site subscription charge to cancel or refund.

Cancellation & refunds.
The public site is free to browse. These principles apply only when a separate paid workshop place or service is offered and accepted in writing.
Public access creates no charge.
Using the route builder, reading field notes or submitting an application does not create a paid order.
No fee to apply
Submitting an application creates no fee, enrolment or reserved place. You may withdraw an unaccepted application by contacting us with enough detail to locate it.
Written terms come first
If a paid workshop is offered, price, schedule, included review, cancellation timing and refund conditions will be stated before payment or commitment.
Request it promptly
Send a cancellation request as early as possible. Eligibility depends on the written agreement, workshop start, reserved capacity and work already delivered.
Delivered review is allocated
Completed sessions, reviewed submissions and delivered custom materials are generally not refundable unless the applicable agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Move a session when possible
A scheduled review may be moved when notice and capacity allow. Rescheduling can use the same reserved allocation rather than creating a refund.
Report faults with context
If agreed material cannot be accessed because of a verified delivery fault, report the page, time, browser and error so restoration or an alternative can be assessed.
Include the workshop record
A request should identify the workshop, agreement date, requested action and relevant timing. The written scope and mandatory rights will be reviewed before confirmation.
